Privacy Policy

Welcome to Echo Player - Music, MP3 & Equalizer. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information while providing you with the best audio experience. This Privacy Policy governs the Android applications we develop and publish on the Google Play Store—including our Volume booster, equalizer, and bass booster apps (collectively, "our Apps").

This document outlines our practices regarding the collection, utilization, protection, and sharing of your data. If you have any inquiries regarding this policy, please reach out to us at creativedigger13@gmail.com.

1. How We Collect and Utilize Your Information

The specific data we collect depends on your device settings, how you interact with our Apps, and the features you use. We gather data to ensure app functionality, optimize performance, provide customer support, and deliver customized advertising.

2. Device Permissions Required

To deliver core functionalities like volume boosting and audio equalization, our Apps require specific device access. We strictly limit our access to what is necessary.

Required Device Access

Purpose and Privacy Assurance

Battery Optimization (REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS)

Ensures that our equalizer and volume booster services run smoothly in the background without being unexpectedly terminated by the Android operating system.

Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO)

Essential for detecting audio output to apply bass boosting, equalization, and volume enhancements. Assurance: We process this audio locally in real-time; we do not record, upload, or store your audio data.

Draw Over Other Apps

Allows our app to display a user-friendly floating control interface over other applications so you can easily adjust audio settings on the fly.

Notifications

Enables seamless playback control and status updates directly from your device's notification panel. We do not read or store your personal notification content.

3. Data Processing, Storage, and Security

Local vs. Cloud Processing: For the vast majority of our audio features, data processing (including audio analysis) occurs locally on your device. We do not upload your personal media files to our servers. Certain analytics and advertising data, however, are transmitted securely to our third-party service providers.

Security Safeguards: We employ robust technical and administrative measures to protect your information against unauthorized access or disclosure. While we strive for absolute security, no digital transmission is entirely foolproof.

Retention & Deletion: We hold your data only for the duration necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations (such as tax or accounting laws), and resolve disputes. You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting creativedigger13@gmail.com. Local app data can also be cleared by uninstalling the application.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Apps within our portfolio may offer premium unlocked features through subscriptions or in-app purchases. All transactions are securely handled by Google Play Billing.

5. Third-Party Services and SDKs

To monetize our Apps and understand user behavior, we integrate specialized third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs). Not every App uses all the SDKs listed below, but depending on the App you use, these providers may collect network information, advertising IDs, and usage statistics.
